While men can go to many coaches, my strengths are getting to the bottom of real issues and getting past the barriers that men naturally carry. I have been counseling men for over 20 years and I know how to meet them where they are to see more possibilities in relationships and in everyday life.

Stress is the number one root to disease. Although men are taught to just deal with it, that’s not usually the best answer. Stress is an indication that something needs to change, hence ‘fight or flight’. Let’s reduce the stress to improve your quality of life. If you aren’t sure if stress is playing a part, try these questions:

  • Do you feel you work hard with little no appreciation?
  • Feel like you please everyone but you’re not pleasing yourself?
  • Do you feel exhausted even when you haven’t physically done much?
  • Are you going through the motions but not really motivated or excited?

Anger and aggression are common challenges for men and no wonder when we tell them to stuff their stress and emotions. Anger is learned and can be unlearned and managed. If anger or aggression are causing problems in your life and relationships, it might look something like this:
