MaxxMETHOD Academy and Maxx Coaching, LLC Membership Agreement
This is an Agreement between You, the Member, and Maxx Coaching, LLC (“Us” or “We”).
By following the joining process at www.maxxmethodacademy.com to become a Member of The MaxxMETHOD Academy, you are accepting the terms and conditions in this Membership Agreement.
This Membership Agreement starts once you have accepted the terms during the online joining process. By accepting the terms you are agreeing to pay any applicable Membership Amount which are shown at the start of the joining process and again before confirming your payment instruction.
Your MaxxMETHOD Academy membership will start immediately from the time you accept the terms and pay your initial membership fee.
The MaxxMETHOD Membership includes weekly deliverables such as, but not limited to, Group Coaching via Zoom Calls or FB Lives, PDFs, audio/videos visualizations, expert guest speakers, connections with other members in the community.
We will make reasonable endeavors to communicate to you in advance if we are unable to make available to you the rights and privileges of Membership.
You have the right to change your group selection for any reason.
You have the right to a positive and beneficial group experience.
There are no refunds for the MaxxMETHOD Academy. You have the right to cancel this Agreement for any reason. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your Name, Address, Phone Number and email which you used to sign up. We will terminate your membership at the end of the month in which you requested termination/cancellation.
You agree to pay us the applicable 1-month, 6-month or 1-year Group Membership fee when you join online.
You permit ongoing direct debit or credit card charges to the account specified to be charged depending on the terms of your purchase for the MaxxMETHOD Academy/Maxx Coaching, LLC.
Your first Group Membership payment is due upon joining online.
You agree to pay us the Group Membership Fee whether or not there is any temporary interruption in your use of services during the period.
You agree to maintain a currently activated debit or credit card account for payment processing.
If any payment due from you is not honored, you will be notified that your Group Membership has been terminated due to non-payment. You can reinstate your Group Membership by providing updated debit or credit card account information for processing.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
You agree to tell us immediately of any changes to your personal details including contact information and payment method.
We may terminate this Agreement and your Membership with immediate effect if you do not pay any applicable Group Membership amount when it is due.
We may terminate this Agreement and cancel your Membership with immediate effect on notice to you, if you consistently breach any of the Group Membership Rules outlined by your coach, causing an unpleasant and/or unbeneficial experience for other group members.
We may communicate MaxxMETHOD Academy related information to you by email or SMS.
We may assign the benefit of this Agreement and our rights to a third party provided we give you notice and your rights under this Agreement will not be prejudiced.
We may make reasonable changes to Membership Rules and to the Membership Agreement terms and conditions at any time.
Only you, the person named in the online joining process, can benefit from this Agreement.
If any of the terms of this Agreement are invalid, unenforceable or illegal the remaining terms can still be enforced.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
You should print a copy of this Agreement for future reference.
Personal Coaching Sessions and “additional services” do not form part of this Agreement.
Any “additional services” (including, for example, Personal Coaching Sessions, Relationship Coaching, Organizational Coaching, Consulting, or Training) which you contract for or agree to pay for, do not form part of your Group Membership Agreement and the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement will not apply to them. You should be aware that if you enter into any agreement for “additional services”, you are entering into an agreement with those individuals under separate Terms & Conditions defined by those specific services and service providers.
Both Parties Agree
Professional coaching is not therapy, counseling, advice-giving, mental health care, or treatment for substance abuse. A Coach is not a substitute for professional medical advice, financial assistance, legal counsel or other professional services. The MaxxMETHOD Academy could be an augment to therapy, but does not take the place of therapy. Christy Maxey, is not a licensed therapist and is unable to provide a diagnosis and/or any mental health assessment.
Coaching is for people who are basically well-adjusted, emotionally healthy, functioning effectively, and wanting to make changes in their lives.
Coaching is designed to address areas the Client would like to consider. These could include (but are not limited to) career development, relationship enhancement, spiritual growth, lifestyle management, life balance, identifying plans of action, decision-making, productivity, and fulfillment. Coaching can involve exploring perspectives, brainstorming, questioning, values clarification, goal-setting, examining lifestyles, education, making requests, agreements to change behavior, and accountability.
Coaching is a confidential relationship and the Coach agrees to keep all information strictly confidential, except in those situations where such confidentiality would violate the law.
Coaching assumes that each person in the coaching relationship is guided by his/her own beliefs and values, and these are respected.
The Client is fully responsible for his/her well-being during the coaching relationship, including his/her choices and decisions.
The Client is responsible for his/her own achievements and successes and the Coach does not promise that the Client will take any specific action or attain specific goals.
